Work was done well but multiple family or worker delays. Need to improve on communication to customer to verify when they are going to arrive the day before and especially in the morning if they will be delayed or not coming.

We loved working with Ken and Lacey! This is a veteran/ husband and wife business. I originally reached out to have our back deck redone while my husband was gone for work as a surprise, Ken and Lacy came out and and were very transparent about the work needed to be done and gave me timelines that fit to work around the weeks my husband was out of town, they were super nice and professional and did such an amazing job. Really enjoyable people to be around and Ken (prior marine) offered me ( prior coastie) a military discount! They communicated so well and made the whole experience really awesome, we LOVE the deck it looks totally new and renovated! We are so happy with everything and will defiantly only be taking our business to TRIPLE H with Ken!!!
