The owner John came to fix the refrigerator but the was not fixed and that he would come back to fix it again but never showed up to do and after multiple times to try to get in touch with him still he has not shown up to fix the problem. Has given the excuse of car problem and never shows up to fix the fridge

I hired Trinity TV & Appliances to fix my dryer. The initial visit was good and he thought her identitied the problem, arrive and fixed it and 2 hrs later it was not working. He has been so unresponsive over the last 3 weeks and since the intial visit. It is so unprofessional to take someone money and not provide the services promised. I understand things happens but I say you will show up to fix it multiple time and then not come is so unprofessional. I would not recommend his services to anybody.

John responded by phone call as soon as I sent my request thru Angi. He came out to assess what needed to be repaired, ordered the part and then replaced it within just a few days. He was conscientious about keeping the work area clean and was very polite. Highly recommend his services!
