Our electrician was excellent, discussed our project throughly and even discovered and fixed an issue caused by a different electrician that was a fire hazard. Third time Trinity has visited my home for electrical repairs. Each time the work is effective and the price is fair. Bishop, their master electrician is courteous, focused, and most of all, honest. I wouldn't dream offering another company my future projects, including the eventual rewiring of my entire house. Check Trinity out, you won't be disappointed.

I asked bishop to give a quote to bond (EQUIPOTENTIAL BONDING)my in ground pool and set up the pool equipment. He rushed me for a quick 1400 down-payment to mobilize for the next day but he did not show up till the next week. When he showed up he claimed he only meant pool pump on the Invoice and that any other equipment would be and extra charge. I asked him to sent me an invoice for the extra charges which he never did... then It took him and his crew 2 days to run a single 100 foot 4guage ( should have been 8 guage) copper wire around the pool metal frame and tied it to the wire mesh for my concrete and then called for inspection. Of course the inspection failed. Any professional who had experience with pools like he claimed would have known that the county required a 3foot wide copper grid around the pool . He then tries to blame me cos he apparently confused my reinforcement wire mesh for copper and said he did not say anything about a copper grid in his invoice as if that part was the customers responsibility....calls me on the phone yelling about how Is not my fault that his installation didnt meet county code and didnt offer to fix it or make it right... so I paid around $1400 so far ..and now I have $100-$150 worth of copper and lugs around my pool and no equipment pad or wiring . And he would not refund me . .. very dishonest and untrustworthy.. not to mention lazy... DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Great company to work with. Mr. Bishop made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction and the work was completed in a single day even though I have an old house with a lot of peculiarities in how things were wired and set up. Will definitely call on them again for some additional small electrical projects.

The technician arrived at 8 am as scheduled. He assessed the issue and the repair was complete by 8:50 am. The technician was personable and knowledgeable My issue was a ceiling fan that started to shake and have a noise.
