We had a great experience building our nursery. Chuck and Mike were extremely communicative and thorough. We did a walkthrough before and after, and they checked on the project daily to make sure it was on track with our expectations. The team was also professional and capable. We have more projects we intend to hire them for and would highly recommend to anyone else!

Mike & team helped me with a garage conversion and I could not be happier with the results. Their team (down to the subcontractors) were professional, timely in communication/updates, and offered their expertise when I was stuck between some decisions. They are middle of the range pricing when I searched for reputable companies but function at a premium level. I never had to chase their team down for answers to questions and could rely on them to respond within 1 business days (but usually shorter. Grateful they were recommended to me!

Chuck and his crew did a great job on our project. He was very communicative throughout the process, and the crew was super efficient and fast, but without sacrificing quality. I'd definitely recommend Tayton for your next home renovation project.

I highly recommend Tayton Construction—and actually already have to several of my friends and family. I worked the Josh, Chuck and Mike on a total house flip, with Mike being my main project manager. I met with several contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tayton based on their responsiveness, willingness to find creative solutions and their acceptance of technology to keep clients informed on progress. Since I was not living in the house at the time of the remodel, it was invaluable to me to have access to their software, BuilderTrend, to store project orders as well as get daily pictures and updates on progress. I purchased a home that had not been updated since the 60’s and had also been vacant for several years, so not a small feat. However, I loved the bones and wanted to make it mine. You name it, it needed to be done: New roof, plumbing, gas leaks, fireplace replacement, load-baring wall removals, 3 new bathrooms, electrical, new kitchen, new floors, new fence, new gutters, drywall, pest remediation, addition of a bar area, new windows & doors, interior and exterior paint…what did I miss?! Now a few of those I did coordinate internally, but I appreciated that Tayton was willing to work with the other contractors in tandem to ensure the project flowed smoothly. It was an extensive project and I appreciated Tayton’s constant communication and professionalism. They have a dedicated team that were quick to work, skilled, and friendly. I was able to move in about 5-6 months from the start of the project, which was a far escalated timeline from any other quotes that I received. Honestly, it is quite astounding that it was all done so quickly, especially when you consider all the permitting and inspections with the city we had to coordinate. Were their a few hiccups along the way? Of course. This was a huge project (to me, at least). What I appreciated is that Tayton was honest, transparent and fast to work with me to find resolution. Of course, I’ll miss my daily update calls with Mike, but I’m thrilled that they were able to bring my vision to life and I am loving my new home!

Josh Eaton and Tayton construction are the best in the biz. The amount of communication and dedication to the project was above our expectations. The quality of work was exceptional and they finished within the timeframe given. We were left with an unfinished job from a bad contractor and they came in to save the day. We will use them for any project going forward.

Tayton Construction recently completed a renovation on my master bathroom and other miscellaneous projects around my home. We couldnâ t be more satisfied with the work and attention to detail Chuck, Josh, and our project manager Mike provided for our job. Compared to another contractor we used on a renovation years prior, the Tayton teamâ s communication, up to date solutions, and kindness was unmatched. I would highly recommend them and wonâ t hesitate to contact them for work in the future.

We had an excellent experience working with Chuck and the entire team at Tayton Construction! We wanted to build a wall and install interior iron doors to divide off a home office. The team at Tayton helped us source the doors and find the best value for our money, and they worked on the wall and installation from start to finish. Communication with Tayton was excellent; they were always very responsive. The work they did was incredible; the wall texture, baseboards, and paint job match the rest of the house perfectly and it looks like the wall and door have been there all along. Amazing work, and we're so happy with the results!

Chuck was a gem in handling our issue and treated us as if we were his only customer! Enjoyed him and his crew and would definitely hire again!

It was such a pleasure working with Tayton Construction. We had something horrible happen to our home and with the help of Chuck and Josh, they put our home back together and made it more beautiful than it was before. You couldn't ask for more nice and down to earth guys. I have heard so many horror stories hiring contractors. Thankfully I went with my gut and hired Tayton Construction because of the conversations I had with Chuck prior to them even getting started on the job. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that we were getting adequately compensated for the necessary work that needed to be done on the house. They are overall such a wonderful team, and I couldn't be happier. I will forever hire them for any home improvement projects, and you should too!
