On south & west sides (1100 sf), complete stucco plaster removal & replacement, termite & woodrot repairs, some framing & structural work, removal & replacement of exterior sheathing, new ext wall insulation, replace outdated electrical wiring. Worked continuously start to finish in 2 months. A little light on the documentation, so need to be explicit on scope of work & add costs on paper. Great value & good workers.

I had a leak that was ruining my garage and could not figure it out. Ivan was able to figure it out and not only fix it but fixed it quickly. I recommend him 100%.

Ivan and his team did an excellent job, encompassing many projects including exterior paint and sealing the roof after heavy rains, sealing windows, a beautiful paint job of our entire building, as well as minor electrical repairs and beautiful tilework in the bathroom. As is the case with any major home repair project, things were not always perfect but Ivan was extremely responsive and reliable and fixed whatever issues were not 100% completed. He is very reliable, will not leave you hanging. He is responsive to feedback and his team is comprised of very good and hard working individuals. Would definitelv hire him again for future projects.

First they remodeled my kitchen then they remodeled my bathroom then installed gutters. I had drywall outside and termites they took all the wood and we plastered everything.

Ivan repaired a leaking window for us, replaced some window frames with dry rot, replaced stucco, replaced a beam and a replaced interior plaster

I first found Ivan through HomeAdvisor and decided to let him do remodel for my two bathrooms (rip out old cabinets and countertops and sinks and install brand new equipment that we furnished). He did a great job, quality of work was really good. Ivan never asked for any money from me until the job was 75% complete, and even then he only asked for a small portion of the total amount. I was very happy with his customer relationship skills and the workers that work for him. He stands behind his work. I was happy enough that I hired Ivan again to do a small kitchen remodel (careful demo of kitchen countertops, removal of dishwasher, install new owner furnished quartz countertop and dishwasher). He is still working on the project as I type this review, but I know the job will be done properly. I highly recommend Ivan for any residential addition or remodel project of any kind.

Beware of Ivan Rivera Trillium*** Ivans work is dishonest and I 100% regret working with him. HDs LEGAL team is getting involved in a court case to make Ivan refund the wrong kitchen installation of the HD design. The washer machine was supposed to be flushed behind the cabinets in the original design, yet now it is protruding 5 inches outside the cabinets. The oven protrudes 6 inches outside of the cabinets and it turns on because it gets hits by people walking in hallway. Save your money. Go elsewhere please.
