I was originally going to Have my nephews help me but all they did was complain and couldn’t decide on a date so I hired trend Moore’s instead the guys who came out were very friendly and careful with the furniture they were awesome I would recommend them to anyone who needs help

The experience with Trend was great from the first contact. I liked that they keep in contact with you throughout the move. I was a little worried as I was moving long distance and my time line involved storing my belongings which was not an issue for Trend.a great experience and I wanted to go with a local small business.

The movers themselves did a great job. But the policy regarding travel time is confusing at best and possibly disingenuous . I paid more for travel time than the movers time. Their policy says travel is included but it is actually extra. So, I had to pay for travel back and forth. They charged 20% more than the actual time it takes to drive from our house to their location. I would avoid using Trend unless you are located very close to their location. I would have tipped the movers very well but the company policy of over charging for travel prohibited me from doing so. The two guys doing the moving were perfect !

First I'd like to start that I was under a very restricted schedule. My father had fallen ill and weak from recent surgeries and was needing to be moved to a community that could provide care and supervision around the clock for him. I called TREND and they were able to have a review of my Dads home and a crew there to assist within that same week. DeVante, Joe, and Freddy came to pack the house early in the morning and we're extremely compassionate and respectful to my Father and made the entire process comfortable. They took extreme caution with my Dads belongings and were able to have everything packed up and loaded into the truck within a few hours. When we rolled out to the new address they had beat us there and were already prepping the truck for off-loading. These guys did not mess around at all. It was a pleasure to have had these guys help my Father and I during these awkward times. Another plus was that we are all die hard Bruins fans and we enjoyed the the game while we worked. Such great guys and should I ever need their services again, I'll be sure to call TREND. Thanks so much DeVante, Joe, and Freddy for making my Pops feel independent and in control. It was the motivation he needed to accept the reality that was unfolding for him. Y'all are the best. Bless you.
