Fransisco was a pleasure to deal with. He was good with communication and updates. He was able to start quickly and finished the job on time. The flooring looked great! Would recommend F&D flooring.

First, we take full responsibility for not doing further due diligence before moving forward with Francisco and his team. Now that I look I cannot confirm that Francisco is a licensed contractor per the state or local agency. It appears that you are not required to have a license in Colorado but I am pretty sure it says he is licensed in Angie List. Another one of his lies....... We reached out to Francisco in desperation because the original crew we hired through a referral was not providing quality work. We felt like we were bleeding money in tile. When Francisco showed up and confirmed that the current installation was not acceptable, he promised perfection and pristine. We were so relieved. He sent his tile guy, Saul, to the rescue. A man who said all the things that made us feel that we were in good hands. Long story short, Saul's tile install was less than perfect (although better than the first job), he rarely if ever showed up on time, or at all, with little to no notice, and he gaslighted us throughout the process. Cisco agreed that the quality of work and attention to detail was not what was promised. He shook hands with my husband on a monetary value that seemed fair considering the experience and then followed up the next day with a text requesting more money. Ultimately my goal is for you to not have the same experience. Please know that despite these other 5-star reviews, in our experience, what Cisco says to your face is not always what you get, despite his professionalism and fake empathy. I requested receipts for the materials purchased by him, but never received them, He was to take care of some finishing touches (missing grout, caulking, etc) but as of yesterday, he will not be able to finish the job, he won't be able to offer any warranty, and to please pay the said amount of money for materials he provided (this is what he shook hands on initially but was he going to complete the work and offer a warranty). I paid it because I am so over it and asked for an updated invoice stating we had paid it and I have not heard a peep from him.

Francisco is the man. He was able to answer all of my questions, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He also kept me up to date on any issues or snags along the way. Very flexible, extremely fair on pricing, and reliable. I will be going to him for any future projects

Francisco was very professional and efficient, was great help on answering any questions I had. Flexible availability and still managed to complete the project in a timely manner. During the process he consistently checked in with me to insure I was happy with the progress and results.

Francisco had great interest in my preferences before, during, and even after the project was complete. He was very knowledgeable in the material options to include the financial aspect. His professionalism was a huge contribution on the successful completion of the floor installation. A good quality I highly appreciated was that he was very clean. After his work was completed you would have never noticed that any type of remodeling was done. All I had to do was put my personal belongings back into place, very appreciated! I would highly recommend!

Very professional individual and gets the job done quick! Even after the install he still manages to check in and make sure everything is going well and still offers to fix anything that goes wrong. Great costumer service and best prices in town! You wont regret getting his help!
