We hired Sears to remodel 2 bathrooms in July of 2021. We were told it would be 8 weeks to start the project and 2 more weeks to finish it. We did not even get started until the very end of November and just barely got finished the first part of May 2022!!! We are going to have to re-caulk one of the bathrooms completely. Never ever again will we hire them for anything! Worst experience ever! Do not risk hiring them!!!

I already wrote what I think. No. The people in charge did not do what was expected for the work to even started ! They keep on lying to me with the promise of sending the installer, I gave Amy my schedule which ample L from 6 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon. I am not at home after 3 pm. I called over the phone. She never returned my call. I wrote to Mr. Rubio, he did not answer my e mail. I gave up. Alida Moulton. 801 796 1453
