The installation of the floor was excellent. Love the product. Disappointed with the finished work. The baseboards are a bit beat up. One broken. We were lead to believe from the salesperson that the baseboards would be caulked. That did not happen. Overall it looks good, but with a second look, it is a bit unfinished. ..Update 7/03...Loved the floor. Installation was excellent. Disappointed with the finish work on the baseboards. They were beat up a bit. One broken. Salesman promised caulking. They did not caulk. To there credit, on a follow up call I expressed my disappointment. They are coming back to make things better.
