Installers apparently installed the wrong circuit for the unit they installed so now we have a non functional air conditioner and have to hire an electrician to do it correctly.

Sears pressed for early payment in full prior to work. Over two weeks hence, havent heard from Project Coordinator.

I hired these guys to install an AC unit in June. They immediately charged my credit card in full. They just told me in August that they are cancelling my project because they are not capable of doing it. Wasted two months of my time leading me on.. Thanks for nothing and wow the customer service is bad...

4 weeks after they were hired and the project FULLY paid for, they canceled the project. We only found out because our funds were refunded. There was ZERO communication from them. They admitted their mistake and said they could reinstate our project, but it would be 6-8 weeks from that date. We were told 4-6 weeks before installation, we already waited 4... but they said it did not matter. They either get a commission after the contract is signed, so to hell with the customers after that. Or they messed up their own schedule and this is a way to get something off their books. Or do they do this to people who do not finance with them? Maybe all of the above. Completely unprofessional, unapologetic, and unreasonable. Do not work with Transform Home Solutions (Sears). Complete waste of time and energy.

The long sales pitch went for over an hour. HVAC did not communicate well, they were clean and completed tasks. The electrician was great! The project manager did not have anyone call me back after calling twice before install. Would have went with another company had I not been dying of heat.

We bought a 2 stage air conditioning unit. They did not install it as a two stage, instead electing to wire it as a single stage having not even bothered to look at the thermostat (an ecobee). We have been asking for someone to come fix it for over a month. Initially, they tried to talk us on to an existing appointment in our area. This was (according to them) to save themselves time and money by not having to send a tech on a special trip. That was fine until they ran late and we were unable to go that late into the evening on a Saturday because we had plans that evening. After that, they have been giving us the run around and havent scheduled a service. It has been excuses with no meaningful progress. They told us the company they use in the area was deeply impacted by COVID. Obviously we gave sympathy for that but why cant they just bite the bullet and send someone else. At the very least this is a workmanship warranty issue. Ad a last resort, we contacted our initial sales person and he has been relatively responsive but that has not lead to meaningful progress. I have held off on reviewing because I wanted to give them a chance but this is getting ridiculous. If they fix it I will try to update the review. If I end up having to hire another company to fix their work, I will update for that as well. I would avoid this company if you are north of Longmont in Colorado.
