Traditional Concepts, LLC

This was a large hardscape project encompassing all perimeter areas of our home to include a terraced patio, lower patio, extended and wide front and back walkways and several stone stairs. The project was challenging due to the large paver and block sizes, complexity of the patterns, varied elevations, additional rock features and aggressive timelines. Taylor Ly, Toby, Alberto, Michael and the rest of the team met and exceeded every expectation I had for this project. Communication was exceptional throughout both the planning and implementation phases. As the project lead, Taylorâ s ability to anticipate and over deliver was second to none. Additionally, it was a pleasure to see a team of people work so well together. This project to approx 16 days to complete and required 12-14 hour days to meet the deadline. As a final note, I just want to express my sincere gratitude for Traditional Concepts professionalism, integrity and desire to please their customers. EXTREMELY WELL DONE!!!

This is a company that does excellent work, has great customer service, is priced reasonably, and is a company you can trust. I was certainly nervous shelling out thousands of dollars for an irrigation system, but have nothing but great things to say after the installation experience. Thank you Taylor and team!

Communication was great! Taylor and his guys were very precise in laying the first layer of blocks and made sure everything was level all the way to the top of my raised garden. Great work ethic. Cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely use them again for any landscaping needs.
