Write a ReviewThe other day, I had the unfortunate experience of having one of the rudest individual service men at Tradewind Irrigation LLC to winterize and service my irrigation system. I greeted him at the door and when I said hello, he snapped at me and asked rudely, "Did you turn off your water?" I told him that the water was turned off but wanted to ask a question about re-calibrating the system. Again, he boorishly interrupted me and said, "Well, there's no way I can do it today. You have to schedule an appointment by calling. It can be done in the spring!â  I was shocked by being treated with such a disdainful attitude which I never experienced in the past by Tradewind Irrigation LLC. Perhaps, Tradwind Irrigation could provide additional Customer Service Refresher Training for those with attitude issues. I am sure that there are other companies in my area that can service my irrigation system.

Mr. Gordon does a remarkable job year after year...
They botched our winterization, resulting in burst pipe ungergound upon reopening in the Spring. Refused to come out to look at the damage without payment for additional service call. Rude owner, rude office staff. Avoid at all costs. Company will likely respond with some BS, don't believe them. They are not trustworthy.
We have been in business for 34 years. We winterize over 4,000 systems each Fall. So, it would be hard to believe we didn't do the winterization properly. None the less, we made an appointment to investigate the issue. . We did not request any money up front. We did, however, advise that if it was determined that the issue wasn't our fault, there might be a service charge. Customer didn't like that and cancelled the service call. So, we never were able to know what the real problem was.. With a 4.66 Star Rating with over 100 reviews.....you can take this with a grain of salt!
