Total Maintenance

I have seen a lot of good carpentry but Leonard does excellent work. His number is in my Contacts list.

Leonard contacted me promptly and set an appointment to give me an estimate for a new stoop and steps from my screened porch to the backyard. I removed an old deck that was a step down from the porch and needed six steps to the ground. I was not sure of what I wanted nor of the best solution and he helped me brainstorm. I also needed to replace the screen on one wall of the porch with pet resistant screen. This required new lattice strips that he hand-ripped and painted. He replaced the screen door to the porch and added the tough screen. He also enclosed the open space under the porch with lattice panels. He also repaired the frame around the door to garage, replaced and painted the door and added a screened door. I was so pleased with the help, his friendly and professional advice that I didn't bother to get other estimates. He communicated with me every step of the way, and he and his buddy Derek completed the work in just a few days! Cleanup was impeccable. He even hauled away a couple of old closet doors for me. I already have plans for additional work that needs to be done around the place.

I had 5 interior doors refinished and 1 exterior door refinished. They did an excellent job.

Leonard was in touch with me quickly, scheduled the work easily, and really knew how to do things right. As a bonus, He helped me understand some additional jobs I could do myself now with confidence. He was efficient, courteous, and professional. Showed up on time, got right on it, worked all day in the sun. Replaced rotted screen porch corner post and facia boards on shed. Addressed other small problems discovered in the process. Caulked, painted, cleaned up, done.

Leonard was the right guy at the right place at the right time. Had significant termite damage to my detached garage found at home inspection prior to sale. We talked Sat night and he was here Sunday morning. Damage was worse than we had thought and not only were wall studs affected but siding and door frame as well. He completed the job in a professional manner and not only are the affected areas replaced but my garage door now latches and does not stick.
