It was a very easy process. The customer service was wonderful. After my roof was installed, the crew cleaned up and left my home like they found it. We had minimal amount of debris left to pick up the next day, which was amazing to me.

The site supervisor for our project was amazing. He did everything he said he would do and at the time he said he'd do it!!! (And there was a lot involved in our project!) This is completely impossible to find these days. He was prompt, trustworthy, and very helpful. The only problem (and hot his fault) was the nails left behind on our drive... Had 4 tires with nails in them. But we were given a small discount for this problem, as well. Love the way the roof looks.

Ricky Vaughn contacted me within 24 hours of me soliciting service. Met with me on time to do the estimate and had material samples in hand. He did the estimate and included replacing skylights that were as old as the roof and came in nearly matching the insurance estimate. Project was scheduled for the following week and came in on time despite a minor delay with the HOA that did an expedited approval due to the slight difference between the original shingles. And the new color/pattern. Weather threatened to change on the install date, but Ricky had a large crew on site at 7:00am and a job expected to take a day and then some, was completed before 4:00 pm including cleanup. They even left three bundles of shingles in case repairs are needed in the future. Outstanding service, I highly recommend them and have already referred a friend that is looking for a new roof.

Real pros! Workers came early, did a fantastic job and were out in only a few hours. Ricky guided me through the whole process beforehand and was very thorough in explaining exactly what Iâ d be receiving and what the warranties cover! Top to bottom, great experience. Highly recommend!
