Contacted Total Garage Works pertaining to broken garage door spring. Will came out within hours and gave me suggestions and a reasonable up front quote. The next day both springs were replaced, rollers lubricated, door tested, and adjusted. My 12x16 building had rotted steps and doors that needed to be replaced. Not just replaced but constructed and installed. I called Will because he had previously installed foundation vents and a garage door opener for me. I got an estimate, set up a date and he came with all the supplies, built the doors and steps on site and hauled off the old debris. Doors and steps look and work Great! Will has a great personality and outlook and did a great job!

I hired them 2 different occasions, once to install 2 new garage openers and once to replace a garage opener. The 2 new openers were installed on garages of a home built in the 1970 s that had manual opening doors. Will (the owner) was able to utilize the original doors with little modification and put motorized openers on them. Works perfectly. The 2nd time I hired them, I had an emergency where my 25 year old motorized opener had failed. It failed late at night and Will showed up first thing in the morning to diagnose. I went for a new opener and he installed it in a couple hours. Overall, excellent work, very competitive prices, and awesome communication. They stand behind their work, they are respectful of your time, and they also have gone above and beyond to lube and balance everything...full service. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
