    Absolutely the worst inspection I have ever experienced. Misses multiple issues including a toilet not even bolted to the floor, 3 leaks in pool,non functioning pool light, nipple on hot water heater against Gilbert code, 4 non functioning windows that were completely off the track. Steve is a super nice guy until you question him which my husband did upon discovery of all these issues. He was extremely rude, defensive and actually hung up on my husband. Ask yourself why no credentialing in Az! Save yourself and pass this guy up. I cannot understand where all the positive reviews come from, maybe friends or paid, IdK but DO NOT HIRE!

    I am responding to this review since I have never received comments like this before. With over 1,600 inspections in the last six years and a rating of 4.93, I perform inspections for clients who dont understand the parameters and guidelines of the inspection process outlined by the Arizona Board of Technical Review. The inspection process is strictly a visual inspection not invasive such as lifting of toilets. The home is 22 years old. An inspection on a Monday does not determine a component failure on Wednesday. We did a walk thru at the completion of my inspection. I can supply 20 references from realtors and building contractors regarding

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
