Thanks to Robert Fournier of Total Air Heating Air Conditioning for his excellent HVAC maintenance work and customer service. His response to my Angi request was immediate. He gave me pertinent information regarding his service details, the cost of his service, and his arrival time. From our initial phone conversation to the completion of the services provided, he was professionally diagnosing my HVAC problems. During our entire business encounter, I felt comfortable with Robert being in my home and working on my HVAC. Also, I liked that he was at ease with me asking him questions. And, I look forward to calling Robert Fournier, in the future, to resolve my HVAC issues.
