I hired this guy to install butcher block countertop along with undermount sink. He had agreed to finish the job by Saturday but after lot of follow ups half finished it by next Wednesday. He responds immediately till he gets the work but after that it is very difficult to get a response from him for messages or calls. He took the butcher block and the sink for cutting and brought them back with a minor damage to the block. The faucet and the soap dispenser holes are so close that I am not able to use the escutcheon for the faucet; cannot even keep the faucet handle on the right side. He did not use the brackets that came with the sink but used his own. The sink fell once after he installed. He fixed it but did not install the faucet, soap dispenser, connect the inlet and outlet pipes. He applied the sealer only once and left without finishing the butcher block. I had bought unfinished walnut butcher block which is the best in butcher blocks from Home Depot for $409 + tax. He had the audacity to call it a cheap one in our last call. Whether it is Amazon or thumbtrack they are filled with fake positive ratings and reviews. Only difference is that Amazon has very good return policy.
