Jason was personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I would hire this company and ask for Jason again! Fantastic! Will hire them again. So glad I found them by word of mouth from another contractor. The contractors I have been sent lately from web services to find people to help you with your home projects are terrible. I will not use these services again. Bombarded with calls and emails of people who don't even do the service I asked for. TOP SHELF is the best.

Technician was professional and knowledgable. I did not receive any quote prior to work beginning, and had done a sizable amount of troubleshooting before the technician began (which eliminated steps he needed to complete), but was still billed what is likely a common amount for a typical visit. Problem was ultimately resolved, but all things considered, "value for money" was not what I'd view as up to par.
