Dustin seemed like a nice guy during the initial process of setting up the terms for the project. However, delay after delay after delay kept causing the project to fall behind, and took 2 months to finish the project. The fence was contracted to be installed to contain a medium-sized dog. The installers left 4 sections of the fence with large gaps from the ground to the bottom of the fence that my dog could squeeze under. There is a one-foot space between the initial post and the side of my house that my dog casually walked through. The installers failed to attach any tension cable to the bottom of the fence for 2 months. When they did finally bring and attach the tension cable, they didn't pull the cable tight from pole to pole. This left two sections of fence unrepaired. The contractor also left supplies sitting in my yard for the full two months it took them to complete the project. Dustin Mims is not professional in his work or communication. I do not recommend this company.
