Reviews
Write a ReviewTop Quality Contractors LLC out of Bonita Springs, Florida installed our new pool screen enclosure after Hurricane Ian totaled it in 2022. My husband and I are reviewing this company due to the quality (or lack of quality) of work as the screen was blown away by Hurricane Milton this past fall. Also, we are reviewing this company due to the owner, Ben Lopez, has been unwilling to correct the issue and ghosted us (we are still unable to get ahold of him) after he came to our residence to inspect the destroyed screen. . After that we never heard from him and decided to hire a licensed, reputable structural engineer who reported that due to several assembly errors, that this was the cause of the collapse. Once we were able to put together the engineers report and understand that this pool enclosures assembly was SIGNIFICANTLY incorrect, under code, and un-safe we decided to reach out to the Owner several more times with zero answer, response or recognition of wrong-doing.
The quality of the work done on my lanai enclosure and patio was excellent. Benjamin always responded to my text messages and questions right away. It was a challenging project but they were able to get everything done that I needed.
They do an excellent job.
