Top Home Builders brought our vision to reality. Excellent company to work with, Nick the office manager along with the crew kept in close contact with an excellent response time and answered any questions or concerns we had in regards to the project. The transformed our house with an updated and modern curb appeal. They changed out our old porch and transformed the area to a new entry way, an office space and a walk in closet.

I need to remodel my kitchen since it had to be gutted due to water damage. I decided to go with Top Home Builders and I am really glad I did. It is scary, looking for contractors because of so many horror stories out there. I did my due diligence and set up appointments with different companies - some promised the world, some charged exorbitant prices, some just strings you along, and some seemed like con-artists out for a quick buck. I went with Top Home Builders since it offered a competitive price, and honestly, it just feels right. As someone who does not know anything about home building and construction, it is not enough to do my research and I have to use my instincts as well. I sensed from the beginning that Ofer, the owner, is passionate about the quality of work he delivers to his clients. I know he would personally make sure that the job gets done right - no shortcuts, no cutting corners. As I start working with his crew, I realized my assessment is right. The people he sent are polite and easy to work with. They know what they are doing. They have years of experience under their belts which is reflected in their work. They are nice, professional and polite. They are competent and methodical. I am thankful for hiring them since they took care of everything - from dealing with the citys red tape, design, construction, scheduling, picking up materials and even returning unused items. There may be other companies out there that offers the same thing but I doubt you will get the quality of service that they give. Others may send contractors who wont care if they do it right since they just want their paychecks. You can tell that Ofer runs a tight ship and will only hire people who brings value to his projects. He genuinely wants his clients to be happy, and that is more than I can say to most companies out there. Dealing with a gutted kitchen is not fun, but working with Top Home Builders certainly helped me navigate through the process of rebuilding. I am super happy to choose Top Home Builders.
