Titan Relocation is fabulous! It was extremely easy to book, and Joel was very effective at communicating over email and phone. The crew (3 persons) was very polite and handled all my belongings quickly and respectfully, quickly loading all the contents of my 1-bedroom apartment in less than 90 minutes (3th floor) in Montebello, and then finishing all the unloading in Monterey Park in less than an hour. They also unmounted my TV from the wall as part of the service. They were very pleasant to work with, and I was able to ask for certain pieces of furniture and certain boxes to be carried into the basement or first floor or second floor. I have 0 complaints and lots of praise. This is a great value for the work they do, and I would certainly hire them again. Extremely efficient, reliable, polite, and effective. I would love to give 10 stars...

I chose to use Titan Relocation based off a friend’s recommendation and they didn’t disappoint! The process to book was smooth, and the movers showed up a little early, which was nice for moving during the summer. Juan, Joel and Cisco were professional, friendly and funny. I could tell they enjoyed their jobs, and they even made me laugh while working efficiently. I’ve moved a lot, and this was my smoothest move because of Titan Relocation. I had a great experience with Joel, the guy who booked my initial appointment and helped with flexible rescheduling (up to 48 hours prior) when we were dealing with mortgage lender delays, and especially for the team of 3 movers led by Justin. Joel was helpful in scheduling and Justin and his team did a fantastic job in the actual move, putting things where I asked them to and were trustworthy when not being monitored (I could trust them with my things). There was one miscommunication regarding moving my fridge which left me frustrated initially, but Stan, the owner, contacted me directly to make it right, and I appreciated the follow up and resolution. Side note - be sure to give as much detail as you can about what you are moving (especially if you have a refrigerator that is large or has high tech components like a screen) so that they can send the proper technicians (such as if a fridge that is larger or fancier than a standard 2-door needs to be moved). I would recommend this company for moving needs due to their dedication to customer satisfaction.
