    They try to get you to buy a membership for future discounts. They came down on their price twice because I kept telling him it was too high. The job was completed fine, just a little expensive.

    The tech came out in response to a reported water leak. It turned out to be water that had frozen in the drain line. They could have lied about the cause to charge me, but didn't. Their honesty earned my repeat business.

    Thorough and communicative, Mark, the lead plumber on the project, fully understood needs of a complex job and then executed perfectly and efficiently! We needed electric work first, then a full replacement of our tankless hot water heater. First Cameron and Ty on the electric team knocked that job out of the park, then Mark was able to come in and complete on schedule perfectly. The team coordinated and communicated with each other and me like true pros. Also, Michelle was very communicative and helpful with the many schedulings required to get it all specified and completed. I've worked with many good service organizations in the past but can easily say Tioga is bar-none hands-down the best!

    Mark with Tioga Plumbing and Electric came to our rescue last evening. Mark was polite, compassionate and very respectful of the mess with our kitchen drain clog. He assessed the problem and told us along with the price upfront what he would need to do to fix our drain. We gave him the go ahead and within an hour and a half he was done and totally cleaned up after his equipment. He thoroughly explained every step of the way to my husband. Mark restored our belief that there are good, respectable and Class A service people out there. We will definitely be using Tioga again and will be asking for Mark if he’s available because he reminds us of how service people behaved and completed their work back 30-40 years ago where customer service really meant if your business was successful or not. Tioga and Mark restored our faith that customer service still exists. Call Tioga and ask for Mark as your service technician…you will be very pleased. The Smith’s

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
