Prompt, efficient, easy to work with

We have been working with Tim for about 7 months now and we are very satisfied. Our residential project is somewhat unique and required a knowledge base that may not be common to most architects. Tim has demonstrated solid expertise in helping us move forward and even though we have not yet broken ground, we have placed great value on his consultancy. I could not help but see a few other reviews and I would dispute that he is "expensive".....you only get what you pay for and if you want quality work you must hire quality expertise. Before hiring Tim we shopped a few others and his fees are competitive. I hope to write another review once the project is completed.

Although Tim did a great job, it was expensive and he took much more time to complete the blueprints than what we expected. I would have expected to pay less for just an addition. The cost, I think, was comparable to prints for an entire house.

He is responsive and responsible, thorough, friendly and professional. He has just started on our project, but I expect things to go very well.
