Tim went above and beyond the job requirements. He ran into some problems but didn't let them stop him.. He installed a wired ring doorbell where was no wiring to start with. I couldn't get the faceplate off the doorbell after he had left when I was speaking to the ring tech support, I called Tim and he was so gracious that he ran back over to my home and took it off for me and showed me how to do it... It was a bit difficult and tricky but I know how to get it off now.. Thanks to Tim.. He even had me call back to tech support and waited with me until the whole thing was working.. That's dedication to one's job.. You don't find many willing to help above and beyond. I will definitely call him again for any other electrical work that I may need done in the future.

Called for service and got an instant reply on a Saturday! Technician came and changed out my dryer plug now my dryer works!

We are redecorating our home so we had Tim replace all of the plugs and switches in our home to make them look more modern. Tim ran into a few challenging situations though. Some of the plugs and/or switches were not wired properly. So Tim had to redo them and bring them up to code. Tim knew what he was doing and did the job very well. We are very pleased with how he did our house.
