This company is beyond reproach, Marc actually did several jobs for me, everything was exceptional!!

Marc and his crew pulled off a huge project under a tight timeline, and with flexibility as things unfolded along the way. We were rookies and overwhelmed and he was patient and always available to talk us through things. His communication skills in keeping me updated and educated are second only to his trustworthiness. I was able to just let him run with the projects, and didn't need to babysit things myself. I could trust him to do what he said he was going to do, to supervise what others were doing, and to see to it that any issues were corrected along the way. I found that the adage "you get what you pay for" is also true in the construction industry. One remaining thing we subbed out ourselves left us wishing we had kept Marc on all the way to the end. His expertise, skill, insight/feedback, and honesty are totally worth it. Your house and your sanity will thank you!! Working with Tils was the easiest part of a very stressful time. Highly recommend.

The owner, Marc Skousen is a great guy to work with. His personal attention to the job and great communication throughout the process make TILS construction an easy choice when needing a general contractor. One last note... Marc and his team built my new 24' X 40' garage including red brick veneer in 6 weeks! An amazing feat given the demand on contractors and subs during 2020. I am a repeat customer of TILS and will hire them again if the need should arise.

I had a wonderful experience with TILS. We were needing some framing, drywall, retexturing, windows moved, closet remodels and stucco done within a very tight timeline. I had tried several other contractors and they either were too busy or told us they could do it and then never called us back. I called and talked to Marc and it was smooth sailing from that point on. He did everything he could to make sure everything was getting done right and within the time frame we needed it. He really bent over backwards to make sure I was happy! His workers were there when they said they would be and they were quick! But they did not sacrifice quality at all. If I would call with a problem or needed something else done, Marc would have someone there within hours getting it done- amazing! I really appreciate the time they took to do this seemly small job even though they were busy with several other big jobs at the time. I highly recommend TILS and I am very happy with the work they did!

Marc was great. As expected on a remodel this size, we had a few hiccups, but Marc and his team were always quick to reply and made all necessary changes as needed. I would highly recommend TILS.
