Tier 1 was professional and did what we paid them to do, replaced our roof. Be clear about your expectations with regard to pricing and clean up.

Tier 1 Home Solutions did excellent job to remove the shower / tub combo and install a new walk in shower and finished the job in time. 5 Stars and two thumbs up. Highly recommend it. I wish I have another bathroom for them to come back.

Jeff Call and Joe Meyer were our contacts for helping us get our roof replaced. Jeff was exceptionally knowledgeable about the process and what to expect from picking out our materials all the way up to installment. Joe was with me the day of and made himself available to answer questions and walk me thru any concerns I had. I would highly recommend.

The job was done right and efficiently. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. They did work on two bathrooms. (1) We converted a bathtub to a walk-in shower, changed the floor and installed a new toilet. (2) Replaced an old bathtub with a new one and changed the floor and installed a new toilet. The original estimate was it would take about three days per bathroom, but all the work was finished within four days. Everything is currently working to our satisfaction. We would recommend this company to our friends.

The crew from Tier 1 did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof, and even went the second mile by helping us deal with some rotting issues that were discovered during their work with us. We were not only pleased with the roof replacement, we can't say enough about the clean-up job done by Tier 1 after the roof replacement. Sometimes contractors don't do a great job cleaning up around the home after work has been done, but Tier 1 made sure everything around the house was cleaned up and We are completely happy and pleased with the word done at our home by Tier 1 Home neat before they departed. We highly recommend the Tier 1 Home Solutions company, and we are grateful for the roofing work they completed for us. It feels good to move into the future with a new, high-quality roof that looks just great!
