Sam is a delight to work with. We first met him 3 years ago to perform handyman services for us at our cabin on Sugar Mountain. Our real estate agent recommended him to us. We live out of the country most of the time so we know we can rely on Sam to take care of issues as they arrive. He is a man of integrity, which is hard to find these days. His pricing is always fair and he always does a job to the best of his ability. This past year he built a large awning over our side door entrance that turned out beautifully. It was a big project that finished within budget and on schedule. Sam has become family to us now, over the last 3 years. We know we can always rely on him to get the job done right.

Sam is wonderful to work with. Great communication throughout the process. He renovated 3 bathrooms and the kitchen and all turned out better than expected. He also gave great advice on design and the little nuances that I missed. Can do it all from electrical, plumbing, drywall to smaller repairs like doors, etc. Highly recommend!

Sam is a very meticulous and pays attention to detail. Among this he listens to what you want and if he finds a better way to do it he de explains it in great detail. I would be glad to hire him anytime and I would recommend him to everyone.

We used Sam to remove and install all new fixtures in one bathroom. Install faucets in two others. He also did electrical work and repaired a door for us. He is amazing! Wealth of knowledge in all repairs. Showed up on time, was quick and efficient with a dose of good conversation too! We live on Beech Mountain. And last but not least very fair and reasonably priced!! Thanks Sam!
