Thomas AC Heating Technology

Here again singing Tomâ s praises with Thomas AC Heating Technology. I use my air 24/7 almost 365. Working from home since March 2020, Tom has saved my life more times than I can count. This time of course we are in the midst of the biggest heat wave of the year so far and my system got tired. I called him on a Saturday and he said Wednesday was the earliest he could come. I understood of course but as the weekend got hotter, I let him know that I was still working at home and if he could fit me in any time day or night before Wednesday, I would appreciate it. He came and saved me first thing Monday morning! He was in and out in under an hour and was super nice, explaining everything that had happened. Now if I can only remember to have him out for my annual maintenance before summer and most definitely before something goes wrong! Thanks so much, Tom, you are my savior!

Crook. Stay away from this guy! He sold me a $30 AC capacitor for $300 and $20/lb Freon for $65/lb and total charge came to $600 We had a heatwave and had to pay him though I knew it was too much. I needed my AC to work, but he took advantage of an elderly person, (I am 74, on fixed income) and ripped me off. Do not ever use this crook.

He responded right after I submitted my search. Was available that afternoon. Price was fair. Did not try to up sell his services nor convince me to change my AC. Honest repairman. Would definitely use him again.

Tom was awesome! He called me right away and actually was able to come out to fix my a/c during an extreme heatwave the same day which I really appreciated. He is a very nice guy and I will definitely use him again! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Thomas contacted me right away, and set up a time to arrive. He was very professional and explained the repair required to get my AC running again,step by step and did a great job. I would definitely hire him again.

Tom showed up promptly on a weekend and had the problem with our AC identified and fixed in less than half an hour. It was great to have it done so quickly on a sweltering weekend. I would not hesitate to call him again.
