Write a ReviewWhen Bruce came to our home to show what they had, he brought a Polaris Ultra Weld demo. It was a beautiful, well made window and we chose to have them installed. However, while I was at work and my husband was home ill, they brought a whole house full of ENERGY WALL windows and installed them so poorly that it looked like a 5 year old smeared paste all over them. They are the ugliest, cheapest windows I have ever seen AND they look even worse after the installer had no idea how to use caulking. I have been fighting them since they were installed to bring the POLARIS windows I ordered as stated on the contract. They have been to my house twice and see no issue with the install. I have pictures of everything and am most definitely having my attorney get involved. I am absolutely not paying full price for knock off windows made by Polaris. At no time did they say the windows would be ENERGY WALL. When I contacted Polaris, they said Thiels (Leaf Home Enhancement) never purchases anything BUT Energy Wall. So, everyone who gets windows from Theils, beware! You will get a GEO TRACKER instead of the Chevy after paying full price for the Chevy. I am still speaking the Attorney Generals office about this as I do believe it to be a scam. I have pictures of these **beautiful** brand new windows if anyone would like to contact me. They do not care about you, your home, their product or the quality of the install. My 30 year old windows were better and the trim too.
One of the selling points was the fact I could get the install in less than a week. It ended up being a little more than 2 weeks. I discussed the type of shower head I wanted with the salesman. I wanted the detachable shower head, which is what I had before. I became aware during the install that I was getting just a standard shower head. When I asked about this, I was told that was what was in the contract. I called their customer service, was promised a call back and still have heard nothing. The drawing on the contract indicates a shower head with a hose hanging down. This issue was finally resolved favorably.

after all construction was done except the door installation we were told that the floor was uneven and we could consider just ;putting up a shower curtain rod or tear out was was there and do it again. project manager said that floor could be shimmied up and would be fine. measurements should have been done right in the beginning. sliding door was not balanced or put in right. project manager came out twice and said that the initial way door was to close per his explanation was not necessarily the ONLY way for it to close. we were getting a snow jobl

Not Happy With the Fact that the warranty for the job is only for one year. They did not tell the truth about what they are able to do.

I had no experience with them because I put 2,000 Down on May 31 and their telling me it could be September or October and I would have to take them to court to get my money back I would not send a dog to this company and I will see you next court and you will get
