They show up when they say they will and the installation was quick and easy. The sales person was knowledgeable and walked us through the options. Would recommend for sure.

This is the 3rd time that we have contracted with Window Source for a project. Initially, they installed a patio door. My wife loved it. After that she wanted to replace the windows, so we had Randy stop by and discussed the project. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. What my wife and I really like was that he wasn't a pushy salesman type. The window replacements were split into 2 separate projects and we had 9 windows and a door replaced initially. My wife was always cold in the dining room and kitchen until we had Window Source replace this group of windows. It looked fantastic and, again, my wife loved the results. We were going to get the rest of the windows and the front door replaced the next year but my wife fell ill and eventually passed away. It took a while but I finally got the rest of the windows and the front door replaced with ones that matched what my wife liked so much before. The results were wonderful. Several neighbors and family members have stopped in and talked about how much better the house looked and how my wife would have loved them. That makes me smile. Thank you Randy and Dee.

Good product, install was good but installers were subcontractors not company employees. The window source is a trustworthy company!

I had my windows and my kitchen door replaced by The Window Source in February, 2021. After having them now for almost 10 months, I can say that they are exactly what I needed and wanted. The level of service I received was the best of any home project I've ever had done. I had some questions after the windows were installed, and Blake and Randy visited me in my home (as I recovered from surgery) and answered all of them to my 100% satisfaction. They showed immense respect for me and my concerns. They totally cleared up my issue during the visit and I can honestly say that their professionalism and customer service are second to none. I recommend The Window Source (and Randy, Dee, and Blake) without reservation, and I have let my family and friends know how awesome and trustworthy they are. I will be calling them in the future when I have my basement windows replaced.

We used the window source for a door replacement. The quality of the door is the best we found ( and we shopped around) The customer service is stellar. The installers were prompt, professional, and left my home clean. They did an amazing job with the installing of our new doors.
