They fix my gate and added a new picket. They cracked a picket fixing the lock. I called 3 times to see if they would come out to replace the picket and they kept telling me that they would call me back.

Contractor came and started with installing 32 X 80 garage door. Installation seemed to go smoothly. I noticed nothing wrong at first. Contractor then started installing 32 X 80 sunroom door. Instead of centering it in the opening like he did the garage door he adjusted it to one side and installed it. When the door was installed,but before the trim was done I told him there was light showing at the top and side of the door between the door and frame. He checked for level and said he didn t know why. I was going to Home Depot for a deadbolt lock plate and he asked e to pick up some weatherstripping so he could fix the gap! Home Depot employee helping me asked what I needed and I explained the issue to him. He immediately said that the guy didn t install the pre hung door correctly since daylight was coming in. Bottom line, I bought the weatherstripping and contractor put it in and no light is currently coming in. After the contractor left I started prepping the inside of both doors for painting and cleaning up the debris left from the old doors and framing. I noticed a lock set ring in the pile that was not installed when the locks were installed. After the inside was completed I started preparing the exterior for painting. I saw that the garage door trim was not installed properly. A 1 X 2 existing trim board that was holding up the exterior fascia board had been pulled down to seal the garage door trim over the door leaving a gap above the 1 X 2 approximately 4 feet in length! The 1 X 2 needs to be repositioned to where its original location was against the facia board and any missing door trim installed.
