Immediately sent someone over to take a look and talk with me for a free quote. It was affordable and the work was pretty good. They were there to vacuum and use high pressure air to clean, but they also threw in some scrubbing which is great! Only nitpick is that the workers should have been wearing masks for their own health. It's a building with lead paint and they were vacuuming lots of dust that had likely been accumulating for 10 years. I think that's on a worker doing their own due diligence and I'm overly careful with this sort of thing myself, though. Would have offered them masks if I had any.

I enjoyed working with RPM. They did a good job on the project and worked hard. I did communicate I wanted more color in my planting areas and that part of the project was not executed and old plants were re-planted.

The gentleman was curteous and respectful! He did a great job! There was a certain spot that we asked him to redo and he did so without any complaint. We would definitely hire this gentleman back!!!
