I was having some trouble with my kitchen sink plumbing and tapped out on trying to do it myself. I reached out to The Plumber and am very happy i did so. I was satisfied from the initial phone call with Mckayla to the completion of the repair made by Chris and his helper. Would recommend and will use again! T

Have been using Chris (The Plumber) for the past 5 years and he and his crew do outstanding work, on time, and for a reasonable price. He has our complete trust and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a company that will be there on time, (actually a few minutes early and if they are delayed will give you a call and advise when they will be there) are dedicated to doing it right and advising you of any discrepancies they notice, and boy, do they clean up after themselves! They won't clean your whole house though. Actually, I would rate them 6 stars and 3 thumbs up! Jeff and Chris' son are top notch, too, if Chris can't make it, Jeff has lots of experience (13 years) and can handle difficult repairs in tight spaces. Fantastic team!

They are awesome !!! The owner Chris and his workers are very professional â ¦ They came out on a Saturday to replace our washing machine drain line and itâ s p trap â ¦ The washer drains great now â ¦ This is the 2nd time in two weeks Iâ ve called them for repair because I was impressed with them the first time â ¦ We definitely will call them for now any issues in the future as we now have a reliable , efficient and honest plumber unlike some of the others we have used in the past â ¦

I called The Plumber to have new water and sewer lines brought in to my hobby shop from the street (over 300 feet of underground). The dispatcher quickly got me in contact with Chris who is the the owner of the company. At my request, Chris met me promptly the following day for a site visit. Chris is very knowledgeable and professional. We agreed to a price and time frame for work completion on a handshake at the end of the site visit. I had a formal quote in my email inbox within 2 hours. As luck would have it, they were able to start a week early on my project. The project went off without a hitch. The Plumber handled all city permitting and setting up the final city inspection. This company has excellent communication throughout the job process. The service provided was above and beyond my expectations. I will 100% recommend The Plumber to family and friends. I am a very happy customer. This job took place in Hitchcock, Texas.
