Dakota did an excellent job. I have been having a problem with water overflowing my gutters and settling around my foundation. Over the years water has damaged interior walls and caused mold and mildew problems in my basement. I tried different things to fix the issue but I could never get to the root cause of the problem. Dakota climbed his ladder and began researching the problem by firsr running water off of the roof and watching the water flow through the gutters. As he increased the water's volume he determined that the gutter screens and the flashing were preventing the larger volumes of water from going directly into the gutters which in turn caused the water to overflow the gutters and run down the foundation. Dakota made a simple inexpensive fix. He removed the gutter screens and one of the flashing panels. He then retested the system with a large volume of water and there was no overflow. Problem solved.
