Brandon did an excellent job with our grout and tile. It was extremely dirty, and it looks nearly new. Grout repair and caulking jobs were excellent. I honestly didnâ t believe it could look this good again. I appreciated the quote from Tim that laid out the cost for each step. I will definitely use them again when needed and highly recommend them.

Very professional and resonable cost. Tim didn't try to up sell me like another company did. They told me I had water damage behind my tiles in the bathtub and needed to take off the tiles to repair it but couldn't show me any convincing evidence of it. I called Tim to discuss what they said. He told me that while he couldn't guarentee there wasn't water damage he didn't see any evidence for it. I asked him why they would try to up sell me. He diplomatically said that a lot of companies don't want to do small jobs they would rather do the more lucrative bigger jobs. I would highly recomend this company.

Tim called me right away to schedule a time for estimate. He was punctual and the quote was exactly what I was looking for in terms of the approach to repair my loose floor tiles and the price for the work. Tim got me scheduled right away for the repair work. The repair technician showed up on time and did the repair. He explained to me how the repair would be done and was details oriented in his work.
