Signed up with The Ground Guys of Tarpon Spring in February 2024. The explanation of what would be done in the yard was just what we were looking for in a service. We thought the price was fair but not at all inexpensive ($196 a month), but you get what you pay for right? Well, it's now April 30 and what a difference 3 months makes. They have gone from doing what they said to a mow and blow operation. I asked 4 weeks in a row to weed whip the growth under the palm and you can see from the pictures what a great job they have done. Additionally, we hired them to landscape the front of the home. The Standard for mulch is 2 to 3 inches to prevent weed growth. For a $2300 job we got maybe 3/4 of an inch. When I spoke with Lance, he offered to discount the labor for a job that was not done right in the first place. I guess that is what I get for trusting.

While our service professionals in the field are GREAT, nothing beats the customer service that we can provide by reaching out to the owner of the company. I am deeply apologetic that you were so angry and felt the need to curse out my entire staff when you finally called us, but any of the discounts that we offered on the phone are still available to you, should you give us the opportunity to make it right.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
