The original price was quoted to undercut a competitor, but the estimated price was for only 60-65% of the heated square footage and did not reflect the agreed-upon work supported by pictures. Two young men under 21 (Nice folks too) did the actual installation after much miscommunication with a salesperson in the beginning. A lot of misunderstanding and miscommunication from the onset. Must check their work constantly.

Records show Energy Pros has been around since 1977 with NO negative reviews. However, many reply to that; there are always a few that complain just to complain. Well, Stanley P. is one of those. His statement? but the estimated price was for only 60-65% of the heated square footage and did not reflect the agreed-upon work. makes no sense -especially considering his invoice* does state ENTIRE home will be insulated -signed and we both have copies. The installer was instructed to do the ENTIRE home -WHICH HE DID. Doing part was not only not an option but never discussed. Stanley P. states installers were under 21. they were offered alcohol after the job was done (11 hours)? who does that if unsatisfied? Customers inspected the attic when completed. We have a letter** Stanley P. gave to installers, stating complete satisfaction-complimenting their professionalism. He gave them his card if they needed references. There were NO complaints of any kind verbal or written to the company or installers. The only miscommunication was the entire time wife w. broken English was literally screaming illegibly at Stanley P. making it impossible for installers to communicate. Stanley P. said NOTHING to Energy Pros nor installers about any issues-solely in this ridiculous review.

They arrived on time, it was a very hot day. Guys worked fast,even in heat. Attic looks beautiful, still waiting for first electric bill to see results,first noticed temp. In bedroom Is cooler, finally.
