Overall, we are very pleased with our new deck from The Deck and Patio Company. The crew was very professional, polite, and friendly. Each day they spent the time to clean up the project site and were always willing to answer any questions we may have had. The quality of the wood, carpentry, and staining was excellent. The only drawback was the length of time (13 weeks) between contract execution and start of the work

Tom Ruddell was terrific - knowledgeable, professional, he really knew his stuff. We interviewed 3 different companies and we knew right away this was the one. He was responsive and detail-oriented throughout the process, which took about 3 weeks from plan to polish. I am a real estate agent and am adding him and this company to my trusted vendor list and will be recommending them to anyone who needs some home improvement done!

The Deck and Patio company installed a stamped concrete patio slab and shingle roof patio cover attached to home as well as electrical switches installation. It took 3 months to complete but weather was a contributing factor for length as well as Covid related material ordering delays. The quality is excellent and they came out later to repair issue with slab to my satisfaction. don't expect a project like this to be completed fast; it takes time.

This was a pergola repair. The deck and patio company built it for me 17 years ago. The Poly carb needed to be replaced along with the 2 x 2 support slats. They did a beautiful job and it looks good as new.

Second major project with this company, each experience superb. Quality craftsmanship, excellent follow thru a year later with promised cleaning of flagstone and refurbish crush granite walkway at no charge. This project was tear out old flagstone patio and install new and same with flagstone walkway. Would hire a third time.

The requested scope of work was a replacement of several in ground patio posts, replacement of water damaged soffit and siding, related trim work and full paint of exterior wood siding. In addition, a replacement of a patio door, and partial patio staining. Final cost was approximately $8,000. The quality of the work was fantastic. The job required diverse skillsets, and materials but the talent and knowledge existed within the crew, and the work exceeded expectations. At the end, when the money was spent, and I saw what I got, I was pleased. I advise being an active participant in the bidding process and ask questions. The project manager was very receptive to candid conversations around cost and managing expense. To a degree, this job had some ambiguous elements that we could have been tightened up which could have helped managed project expenses and customer expectations. There were multiple walk throughs during the project execution to make sure my expectations and concerns were being address. There is a strong desire to deliver a customer focused service with quality as the ultimate product. This is represented at the highest level of the organization directly to each crew member. So happy!

Excellent work again by The Deck and Patio Co. This is the second job they have done for us. The first was a complete deck replacement, along with tile work, and pool travertine repair. Every aspect of that job was exceptional! The job that was just completed, installing flagstone, was once again done with the same excellence. The flagstone looks great and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Martin and Jed who make this a great customer experience.

TDAPC Expanded our patio to 4x its original size. Added stamped concrete overlay. Added a massive pergola with power,ceiling fans,polycarbonate roof, and a French drain. They did GREAT WORK, kept to their timeline commitment, and charged a fair price.
