Great experience with the entire Twin Brothers team. Customer service and installers were very professional and courteous. My floors were completed faster than I expected and look terrific! I highly recommend this company and will be calling them for my next flooring project.

This is a small business that has the highest, top quality customer service, excellent workmanship and very hard workers that truly care!

What a gracious review, we love it. We care about making money too, as all businesses should be transparent. And when it is all about profit, something is got to give. We do not cut corners but sometimes make it less efficient or downgrade material quality, like a cubic zochonian diamond ring verse a class D diamond ring, only under the microscope for most. Yes, less longevity, perhaps, these awesome folks...budget being the most important thing and we listened.

We were in the market to replace the floors through most of our home. We received multiple estimates and ultimately went with Twin Brothers because they are a local family owned company who genuinely wanted to earn our business. Mark personally helped us choose the perfect hardwood floors for our home. From start to finish Twin Brothers were professional, honest and completed our project on time and within our budget. Our floors look beautiful and we will definitely use them again for all of our future flooring projects.

WOW! After getting estimates from several other flooring companies, I found Twin Bros on HomeAdvisor and can not compliment them enough. Twin Bros does not subcontract the labor so that was a big plus. The brothers have an eye for floor work and made a few helpful suggestions to make sure the hardwood complimented my home. My work was done about 2 years ago and I get comments every time someone new sees my floors. Great job guys!

I had other contractors from Home Advisor to bid on the job of installing laminate flooring on 17 steps and two bedrooms. All three contractors had different pricing for the same amount of work. Twin Brothers did a great job that took three( 3 ) days to complete due to the custom work on the stairs. Bottom line is do your homework and comparison shop.
