Beyond friendly and thorough, seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to write down number if we had any further questions on how to work our new thermostat. Even engaged in friendly conversation with 6 yr old son, which made him feel pretty cool since he was wearing a flashlight band pretending to be like Vince!

I worked with Kenny and Vince on the inspection of a five unit apartment complex that we were interested in purchasing. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate our needs. They were very thorough with the inspections and the quick turnaround on the final reports was very much appreciated.
