As anyone else reading this will see, you've given us 5 starts for quality, so our quality of service is not in question. That really is what is the most important to us and all of our clients. I'm not sure how our customer service was not up to par, but I will be reaching out to you to see how we can improve in that regard. As far as cost, it is difficult to get that quality repairman/installer to your home or business, fully insured, with a professional wage, and a company vehicle full of parts and tools to do the project. But thank you again for your review, and remember that you have an unconditional three month warranty on anything we do.

I had indoor shutters in two rooms removed for refinishing and the removal and reinstall was superbly done. I later purchased new indoor shutters for another room and the craftsmanship of the installation wasl excellent.
