We: installed 1 new electronic ballast with 2 New lamps. installed 1 new LED fixture. Our Rate was $250.00 including labor and Materials. No overtime. No travel charge. I apologize for any misunderstanding.

Mr Stephen called me to install a breaker that his Air Conditioning contractor had determined was the issue for no heat upstairs, no power to his heat strips. Mr Stephens asked for a competitive / low price to repair the breaker We talked on the phone i asked if Mr Stephens if he would take a photo of the breaker to insure i would bring the correct breaker, Mr Stephens said it was a 50 amp breaker he also mentioned the brand of service panel so i could get the right breaker. I picked up a breaker like he described, no picture was ever emailed as promised. on arrival the breaker he described and the actual breaker needed were not the same,I started at the closet store available, I drove to Home Depot they did not carry his type, I drove to City Sales electrical supply they did not have it either so i called my Electrical supplier in Tomball Texas. they had it. Original breakers for same type of panels are necessary when replacing one breaker for another. I spent 3 hours driving looking for the correct breakers and only charged Mr Stephens for a hour and a Half when he refused to pay the 3 hours of Labor. What would have been a $150 dollar charge sight unseen for repairs if picture of breaker was sent via email, was actually charged $ 250 and that included the price of the breaker $ 35.00. plus he lives in the country so not many electrical supply stores near by.

Our records indicate we also installed 5 ceiling fans. 1 ceiling fan in garage. 3 motion sensor lights on garage. 1 LED breeze way light in crosswalk. 6 spot lights landscape lighting. 1 change out, Front porch light 16 ft. 1 low voltage transformer for accent lighting. Our records show we made several trips at no cost to adjust sensitivity and spot location adjustment. We replaced 1 Motion Sensor light at no extra cost to you. Painting contractor before me had ladders all in front of house. He was hand painting front of house where leaks were on both sides of house. Respectfully Texas Vargas Electrical
