I hired this company about a month ago to perform a roof/sheetrock repair in a rental property that I own. The service also included painting the repaired ceiling with a color match, but the color picked by the painter was not even closer to the original color. When I claimed it, the owner told me I did what I quoted, then I asked why he did not quote painting the whole ceiling and his reply was I assumed you did not want to paint the whole ceiling because some of my clients do not like to pay more - I never complained about the price, though (almost $1,000). His painter ended up painting the whole ceiling against his will and I assume that is the reason why, as of today, they have been ignoring my requests (verbal and written) to provide the before/after pictures of the work, and the final invoice. I cannot confirm he did (either good or bad) the job because I am not going to climb in the roof to check it. But I would think there are better ways to solve such issues and keep a client happy, especially when you mention you have other projects in mind, and unfortunately, this provider lost the contract even before it was quoted.

Hard working and thorough. They worked on a day when storms were forecasted. Very flexible on timing. Photos of all the work performed was provided. They worked a full day to repair my roof thoroughly.
