They came out next day and got the work done. There was rotted decking under the leaking roof, and they fixed that too for a reasonable added cost.

I was so excited after speaking with John and seeing the work that the gentlemen did to my roof. They finished just in time before another rain storm hit. No leaks! I would definitely recommend them and will do so to my neighbors and anyone I talk to.

Had a roof leak and another storm on the way. They were responsive and came out same day to not only identify the cause but they fixed it right then and there before the storm came in (probably saving me a lot of money on water damage). Incredibly professional and friendly and was very reasonable on price. Very knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being misled or lied to (which is very rare). Made my very stressful situation much more bearable. I could not recommend them more.

Very good and fast hurricane roof repair

They were very responsive and flexible with meeting on the job site. Became a little suspicious when crew arived with only a ladder an dno materials. This may be due to need to know what would be required. But, the team was very reponsive.

I am thankful that I found John Williams. After the most recent hurricane I noticed a leak (ceiling sheetrock) in my parents home. It was impossible to find someone that could help me or would help me. My parents have a clay-tile roof. A lot of people I called did not mess with clay tiles. Needless to say, after weeks of trying to find someone (either did not do clay-tiles, did not return my call or flat out said no because they were booked out for the next 3 months), Angi s sent me John s info. He reached out the same morning and I called him back. He came out that same day. His guys protected the roof (rain forecasted all week) and was able to find matching tiles, in which he picked up later that same day. His crew started work the next day and finished in a timely manner (the repairs) and also fixed and replaced various broken or missing tiles. They took many before and after pictures of the maintenance and major repair work along the way. I am very happy and relieved! I highly recommend John Williams. His communication is excellent, his workmanship is carried out with high standards. He was such a treasure to find. He will always be my go-to person from now on.
