You get what you pay for...it’s as simple as that. They are not the cheapest but they did an amazing job in just a little over a week, using superior materials and paint than the competition. They have crews on staff that are the best at what they do and it shows. Renfari and JR were incredibly responsive and easy to work with, answering all my questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. They went out of their way to find and correct peripheral issues, like a leaky outdoor water spigot of which we were unaware. Because they fully back their product, they are going to go out of their way to make sure you get a beautiful 100% complete solution. It was a worry free experience that I can’t recommend highly enough. We were so pleased with the siding, crew and company that we also had them replace our roof. They did it in 2 days and it is top of the line and gorgeous. I’ve never been so proud to turn down my street and glimpse my house as i drive up! If your lucky you may get the Stephen/Sam sales duo to come out...they are the Jim and Dwight dream team...if you know that reference then you’ll know you are working with the best. I’ll leave it to you to decide which is which ;) I gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give 6. :)

They were the definitely the most expensive of the installers I got estimates from, but I think I got the best job from them with superior materials. Before and during the job, the service was great. The onsite people were knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Removal of the old roof could have created a huge mess but they dealt with that with no problem. Since I paid one price for the whole job, when they found problems under the old roof, I did not have to pay extra for more more repairs. I liked that. Unfortunately, after the job, customer service forgot about me. This was really a five-star experience, but after everyone left, I got no help getting my written warranty and no one answered the phone. I hope I never need any service on the roof.

They were out last week and fix the problems, and have only one thing to finish. And doing a better job at keeping me up to date on the progress. They did a pretty good job with the siding but they were not as clean as promised. There were a few problems but have not returned to fix them. I had not met JR who was supposed to be the project manager in person although I had talked to him on the phone once during the job over an electrical issue and again after the job was completed about other issues. The project was completed Sept. 3. We called with a list of problems on Sept. 4. JR called Sept. 14 to state the crew was on their way out but it was not a convenient time since I was out of town and needed more advance notice. And no work sense to fix things done wrong or were not completed in the first place.

Raul and crew did a good job and has good customer service. My trim on home and patio looks very nice. They cleaned up when the work was completed. I would use them again.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
