Temperature Pro Kalamazoo

I originally hired Temperature Pro for my AC/Furnace maintenance. Every time they come I get more than my money's worth from their mechanics. Everyone is not only kind, but very knowledgeable. They always offer me multiple solutions (including usually one that would cost me no money) when they find small issues. The worst moment at my house came on Dec 23, 2023. Furnace went out as we had the horrible snow storm and we were supposed to host a holiday party. Shawn from TP made sure to work me into the schedule that day after facetiming me to see if he could detect an easier fix that wouldn't require him to come out. Needless to say, he made it in time, got it fixed and no guest knew the difference. I cannot recommend Temperature Pro enough!

Mike , Shawn and their Temperature Pro team are the best! They are honest, knowledgeable, and quick to take care of you. Unfortunately, I have had both my furnace and boiler fail in the past 2 years. Nobody enjoys replacing either of these items in a home....but this team made it super simple for our family. Before arriving, we received a text with a picture of our Tech along with an exact time of arrival. They are super professional and pay close attention to the little things...like putting booties to cover their shoes ans cleaning up after they were completed! These guys are the best, and I recommend them to everyone.

TempPro Team is the best in the business. Responsive, honest, solid pricing and overall, a pleasure to work with. I use them for everything, my home and business and couldn't be happier. I find significant comfort in having a team to trust as much as I do with them, they all continue to go above and beyond each time we work together. Best around, do not use anyone else!!!!!!

The Temperature Pro team reviewed an issue we were having with air flow in our 2-story home. They suggested zoning that would separate the lower and upper floors so that they would operate on independent thermostats. They split out the duct work and installed a unit to control the air flow based on which thermostat was calling for heat or A/C. The cost was very reasonable, the technicians were top notch, and the work areas were left cleaner than when they arrived. The technicians explained in detail how the system worked and what to do should we experience unexpected air flow issues. The system they installed works flawlessly and both floors now can be kept at a comfortable temperature. I have recommended Temperature Pro to many people including my elderly parents who they have treated with the utmost respect.

Temperature Pro team cannot come more highly recommended. Quoting process was straight forward and honest. Different options were reviewed. Install crew showed up on time, with the right materials, and were professional and friendly. Crew took time to wear protective shoe coverings. All old equipment and packaging from new equipment was removed. Work area was cleaned up when finished. Excellent quality of workmanship. Overall excellent experience.

Our entire experience with them was first class, they were on time, worked efficiently and were very polite and cleaned up everything when finished. I would highly recommend them. We also had them install an air conditioner and a hot water heater with the same results. The products they recommended and installed actually lowered our utility bills. We were so pleased and would definitely have them come back if we need any heating or cooling work in the future.
