Cory came out to install a room standing AC unit. I am very happy with the work he did, not just installing the unit, but also explaining how to use it and do regular upkeep. He was also a very nice person. Iâ ll definitely refer others to Temperature Pro and Iâ ll call them myself if I need AC work again

Our eighteen year units were on the their last legs and operating poorly providing little, if any, cooling air. It was time to have them replaced. I called Temperature Pro and within minutes a very nice woman was on the phone with me asking very many questions to fully understand the situation and what I had in mind to replace the units. The very next day Tom Leblanc came to our home and was excellent explaining the process, being very detailed, providing options, pricing, and recommendations. We were very impressed with his professionalism and were satisfied with Tom’s trustworthiness. We’ve elected to go with Temperature Pro to replace our units (which will be installed in the coming days) because of our experience Tom and Temperature Pro’s reputation.

The technician was very professional and respectful. He arrived early and spent the extra time to ensure my AC system was in good shape. He also explained everything he checked and made a few recommendations for things to monitor. I will definitely be using them again!

TemperatureProâ s technician arrived 5 minutes before the agreed upon time. He was friendly, introducing himself and explaining the nature of the work he was going to perform as part of my annual maintenance on my AC system. He then set to work, cleaning the outside units, and verifying good working condition of both indoor and outdoor units. He asked about any concerns or issues, and provided a recommendation to make the filter change outs easier and reduce potential allergens. His recommendation wasnâ t a pushy sales pitch but rather a genuine solution to a problem I expressed.
