Office personnel and service tech. were very professional.

TCMS couldn't diagnose the problem with my furnace and suggested I purchase a new board that was over $1,000. However I was advised that it MAY NOT fix the issue. Obviously I'm not going to spend $1000 on something that may not fix the issue.

The tech was very good and helpful.

The company called back right away and was able to come out the same day. The technician was courteous, on time, and was able to correctly diagnosis and fix our AC. The price was a lot higher than I felt it should be and after looking up afterwards some of the freon costs and capacitor costs compared to what they charged I felt like they over charged by 30-40% for those things.

Communication was very good; tech was able to come out that day and fixed problem right then. We had concerns that evening, called them, spoke with answering service, and were called back within 10 mins by the on-call tech and the tech who did our repair. Nothing was wrong with repair, we just didn't know how long it would take for house to cool down and tech answered our question. Very happy with the service!

The service tech who came to my home was very professional and nice. He explained the problem to me and fixed it quickly. I thought the price for service was very fair. I would definitely call Teco again!

Very Friendly staff. Called right away. We had some issues w/ diagnosing the problem but overall cost for work was very affordable.

I had a great experience with them. Cary took a lot of time and explained everything to me. Everything was fixed in a timely manor and i wasn't pushed to buy anything more than i had too.
